We have just finalized at the headquarter of AGCO in Italy the setting up of paint booths for the refinishing of agricultural machines. AGCO, the world leader in the manufacturing of combine harvesters, has entrusted us with this illusory project consisting of 2 paint booths (one of 22 meters and the other of 15 meters long by 8 meters wide and 6.5 meters of interior height), communicating with one another through a motorized roll-up door made of aluminum.
The air supply units and air extraction units are installed on an independent platform above the plenum of the booths, this saving space on the ground. Our latest "SYSTEM INVERTER D" technology facilitates enormous energy reductions in every work phase, with direct gas burners delivering 98% energy efficiency, LED lighting reducing consumption by 50%,Automatic internal pressure control and a partial drying system based on aerial and movable infrared panels ...a sound panoply of technologies reunited in a super efficient and very environment- friendly equipment .
